About the event
Playback Theatre is a style of theatrical improvisation where audience members tell real moments from their lives; then the actors and musicians create art from their personal stories. This evening we focus on stories on the theme For the Love of Trees.
Parking: Extremely limited parking on Woodard Ave NW so we will have a volunteer leave a sign when the spaces are full. Then please park on Rogers or side streets on Thomas. Feel free to drop off people needing assistance directly to the Common House Ramp and then park.
Donations: Allow Friends of Trees to expand our campaigns, like:
- Educating the public about trees
- Fighting for better ordinances to protect trees
- Launching our campaign "Saving the Giants”to protect trees with designations like “Exceptional” for trees over 24" Diameter at Breast Height (DBH)
- Working in coalition with other groups to protect Old Growth forests
Suggested donation $10-20 adults and $5 children No one turned away for lack of funds.
